What to expect on cleaning day

We'll be calling or more than likely texting you with an ETA (estimated time of arrival)

Upon arrival, we will determine the best place to park the truck for the easiest access to the cleaning area.  This can be either in your driveway, along the side of the house or most typically on the street in front of the house, lining up the side doors of the truck with your front door.

FOR OUR CITY CUSTOMERS, We operate truck mounted equipment and run hoses into your home from the truck.  It is VERY IMPORTANT that you SAVE US A PARKING SPACE IN FRONT OF YOUR HOME, or within a door or two either side of your home, on the SAME SIDE of the street, otherwise we cannot do the job. Please keep in mind that the trucks are full size, extended vans that are 20' long from bumper to bumper so WILL REQUIRE A LARGER SPACE up to 25'   THANK YOU.

As a courtessy, we'll put down rubber backed, heavy duty canvass drop cloths across all wood and tile flooring to protect it.

We'll place a soft insulating shroud around the door to prevent cold or hot air from entering the home.

Dogs and cats should be secured, especially if a potential flight risk, because the door will be open as we come and in out during set up and tear down.

If we're there for spot cleaning, we'll be bringing in our suitcase portable to perform the task at hand.

If we're there to perform carpet and or furniture cleaning, then we'll be running 2 hoses into the house from the truck, one thin, hot solution line and one 2" vacuum line, connected to the onboard cleaning machine inside the truck.

The working temperature of the cleaning soap solution is a staggering 240+ degrees F and hits the carpet from 2 inches away at pressures between 200 and 600 PSI, depending upon type of pile, whereupon the soiling is emulsified & disolved and simultaneously vacuumed out of the carpet within the hot solution to the 130 gallon holding tank onboard the truck.

The high temperature and vacuum pressure removes all the little nasties that can accumulate within the carpet pile (see the list of stuff commonly found in residential carpeting on the right side of this page under the heading "What's in your carpet?"

Your carpeting, and furniture, will be truly sanitized, clean and fresh.  We don't use harsh "chemicals" to clean with, instead, we use a high grade, professional neutral Ph7 soap solution that will not harm your children or pets and is safe for all carpet and fabric types.
